Amma dangane da rawa tana da ma'anoni daban daban: wasu suna cewa: rawa wani nau'I ne na jujuya jiki tare da niyar wasa da wargi, wasu kuma na cewa: dukkan wani motsi wanda mutanen gari suke kira rawa, to hukuncin rawa ya doru a kansa.
A kan abin da ya shafi hukuncin rawa wasu na ganin dukkanin rawa haramun ce wasu kuma na ganin yayin da rawa zata kai me yin ta aikata haramun to a wannan lokacin take zama haram.
Soboda haka idan nau'I na rawa ko kuma kidan ba su cikin bangare na kashe-kashen kida da rawa na haram kamar yadda muka yi bayani a baya to dan masu wasannin motsa jiki sun yi amfani da irin wannan rawa ko kida ba zai zama laifi ba, amma yana da kyau mutun ya bunciki wanda yake takalidi da shi wato marja'insa domin Karin bayani.

Soboda haka idan nau'I na rawa ko kuma kidan ba su cikin bangare na kashe-kashen kida da rawa na haram kamar yadda muka yi bayani a baya to dan masu wasannin motsa jiki sun yi amfani da irin wannan rawa ko kida ba zai zama laifi ba, amma yana da kyau mutun ya bunciki wanda yake takalidi da shi wato marja'insa domin Karin bayani.
Amsa Dalla-dalla
Kafin mu amsa wadannan tambayoyin ya kamata mu yi bayanin ma'anar wadannan kalmomin da suke da alaka da kida na haramun {muzik} kai tsaye ga kalmomin kamar haka. Nishadi , wasa, wurin taro domin wasa da wargi, :
1. Nishadi: Wani yanayi ne da mutun ke samun kansa ayayin da yake sauraron kida ko waka ta haka ne hankalinsa zai yi rauni kuma ruhinsa ya tasirantu wanda zata kai shi mai sauraron fita daga halinsa na dabi'a, kuma wannan halin ba wai yana takaita ga murna ne kadai ba a'a harma da wanda zai sa mutun bakin ciki da tunani domin akwai wani nau'I na kida da ke sa mai sauraronsa bakin ciki[1].

4. Idan muka lura da wannan gabatarwar zamu kawo mahanga ta wasu malamai {maraja'oi} dangane da hukunci jin kida {muzik}: mafiya yawan malamai na ganin dukkanin nau'in kida da ake da nishadi da shagala a matsayin haramun ne. ba wai ko wane kida ba amma wasu na ganin kidan nishadi shi ma haramun ne[4].
5. Hazrat imam khumain {r}, Sayyid Ali Hamna'i, Ayatullahi Sistani, Ayatollah Fadhil Lankarani, Ayatullahi Mukarim Shirazi, (Allah ya yarda da su) suna cewa: Bai halarta sauraro ko kuma kida duk wani nau'I na kida mai nishadantarwa, abun la'akari da haramcin kida ko rashin haramcinsa ba wai jin dadi ko bakin ciki ba, sai dai domin nishadanta da rashin nishadantarwa[5].
Ghulphaigani: Jin kida da kuma yin kidan {mai nishadantarwa ne ko marar nishadantarwa} haramun ne[6].
Safi Ghulphaigani: Dukkanin abin da mutane suke dauka a matsayin kida. jinsa da koyar da shi da kuma sai da kayan yin sa haramun ne[7].
Ayatullahi Nuri Hamdani: Ba ya halarta jin dukkan wani nau'I na kida wanda ke nishadantarwa da kuma wasa da wargi wanda ya dace da wurin taron saba wa allah da holewa[8].
Ayatullahi Wahid Khurasani: Ba ya halarta jin duk wani nau'I na kida wanda yai dai dai da majalirsa sabo da hulewa[9].
Ayatullahi Bahjati: Amfani da kayan kida a wurin da ba na shagaltarwa ba ihtiyati wajibi bai halarta ba, amma amfani da su a wurin shagaltarwa kai tsaye haramun ne[10].
Ayatullahi Tabrizi: Kidan da ya dace da majalisi na holiwa yin sa da kuma jin sa haramun ne[11].
Saboda haka dukkanin maraja'oi na addini sun tafi a kan cewa idan kida na haramun ne[12], ko zai tayar da sha'awa ko ba zai tayar ba, na murna ne ko na bakin ciki kurin yada kida gidan rediyo ne ko kuma wani wuri daban …. . ba ya da tasirin wurin haramci da rashin sa[13].
Abisa wannan asasin duk da cewa wasan motsa jiki a matsayin sa na wasa ba laifi ba ne, amma jin kida na haram a wurin wasan motsa jikin ba ya halarta duk da cewa manufa a wurin shi ne neman lafiyar jiki da makamanta sa.
Amma bangari daya na tambayar wadda ta shafi motsa jiki dare da kida sai mu ce: Idan wannan yanayin na motsa jiki hakikanin rawa ne to a nan yana da hukunci rawa haramcin kida daban haramcin rawa daban rawa na da hukuncita wanda ya shafe ta.
Ma'anar rawa a tsakanin malamai {maraja'oi} ya bambanta da juna.
Ayatullahi Khumaini, Ayatullahi Bahjati, Ayatullahi Tabrizi, Ayatullahi Khamna'i, Ayatullahi Sistani, Ayatullahi Fadhil Gulphaigani: Dukkan wani motsi da mutane suke ganin rawa ce.
Ayatullahi Makarim Shirazi; Rawa wani nau'ine na motsi da nufin wasa da wargi[14].
A sakamakon haka a duk inda aka tabbatar da hakikanin rawa, hukuncin ta a mahangar malamai kamar haka ne:
Sayyid KhumainI: Ihtiyad wajibi rawar mata a tsakaninsu a wurin taron auren walima bai halarta ba sai dai rawar mace ga mijinta[15].
Ayatullahi Gulphaigani: Rawar da take halal ita ce rawar mace ga mijinta amma sauran rawa haramun ce[16].
Ayatullahi Araki: Rawa na da matsala[17].
Ayatullahi Bahjati: Hakika rawa na da matsala[18].
Ayatullahi Safi Gulphaigani: Rawar mace ga mijinta halal ce amma sauran rawa haramun ce[19].
Ayatullahi Wahid Khurasani: Hakikanin rawa ba tare da dubin zata kai ga saba wa shari'a ko kuma wani haramun na daban ba ta halarta[20].
Ayatullahi Sistani: Ihtiyat wajibi rawa ba ta halarta sai dai rawar mace ga mijinta shi ma ba a idanun wasu ba[21].
Ayatullahi Mukarim: Rawa daya ce kawai take halal ita ce rawar mace ga mijinta amma sauran rawar na da matsala[22].
Ayatullahi Sayid Ali Khamna'i: Asalin rawa ba wani abu ba ne sai dai in zata kai mutun ga aikata haram kamar motsa sha'awa, da jin kida da sauran su to a nan ba wani bambanci a tsakanin su {rawar}[23]. Yana cewa: Idan rawa da zamo zata kai ga tada wa mai yin ta sha'awa ko kuma aikata haramun da fasadi to wannan rawar haramun ce[24].
Idan rawar mace ce ga mijinta ko kuma rawar miji ga matarsa in dai ba tare da aikin haramun ba ne {kamar jin kida} ba laifi[25].
Kuma malamai sun amsa wannan tambayar da ke cewa namiji shi kadai ko mace ita kadai ba tare da ganin kowa ba ko da ma mijinta da niyyar motsa jikin ta yi rawa ko ya yi rawa yana halarta? Ga amsar kamar haka.
Ayatullahi sayyid Khumaini, Ayatullahi Tabrizi, Ayatullahi Khamna'i, Ayatullahi Sistani: Ba laifi sai dai yana da kyau mumini ya nisanci duk wani aikin wasa da wargi mai shagaltarwa[26].
Ayatullahi Bahjati, Ayatullahi Fadhil, Ayatullahi Nuri Hamdani da Ayatullahi Wahid Khurasani: Suna cewa ihtiyat wajib bai halarta ba[27].
Ayatullahi safi da mukarim shirazi: suna ganin cewa haram ne[28].
Daga karshe idan ya tabbata cewa rawa ce[29] ko kuma jin kida ne na haram to bai halarta ba yayin da mutun ke motsa jiki yayi ko ya ji ba amma babu laifi yin hakan in ya zamo ba haramun ba ne. Dan haka ya kamata mutun ya binciki wanda yake takalidi da shi a irin wadannan wuraren.
Saboda haka mun aika wannan tambayar a ofisoshin malamai ya zuwa yanzu ga amsar da muka samu.
Ofishin Ayatullahi Mukarm Shirazi: Da sharadin cewa kidan bai dace da na majalisin sabo da shagaltarwa ba to ba matsala.
Ofishin Ayatullahi Sayyid Ali Khamna'i: Idan kidan ba na shagatawa ba ne da shagaltuwa ba laifi kuma mutun shi ne zai iya gane cewa kidan mai shagaltarwane ko ba mai shagaltarwa ne ba. Rawa idan zata kai ga tayar da sha'awa ko kuma aiikata haramun ko kai mutun ga barna ko kuma mace muharrama a tsakanin maza haramun ne.
Ofishin Ayatullahi Safi Gulpaigani: Hakikanin wasan motsa jiki abu ne mai kyau, amma in ya zamo tare da kida ko kuma nau'i na rawa ne to bai halarta ba. Allah shi ne mafi sani.
1. Nishadi: Wani yanayi ne da mutun ke samun kansa ayayin da yake sauraron kida ko waka ta haka ne hankalinsa zai yi rauni kuma ruhinsa ya tasirantu wanda zata kai shi mai sauraron fita daga halinsa na dabi'a, kuma wannan halin ba wai yana takaita ga murna ne kadai ba a'a harma da wanda zai sa mutun bakin ciki da tunani domin akwai wani nau'I na kida da ke sa mai sauraronsa bakin ciki[1].
2. Wasa: Abin da malamai ke nufi da Kalmar wasa shi ne dukkan wani taro na fasadi da ake kida da waka a wurin domin nishadi. Wani lokaci irin wannan taron ana yin sa ba domin nishadi da shakatawa ba, sai dai domin son zuciya da bin shaidan[2].
3. Wurin taro domin wasa da wargi: abun nufi da wannan wurin taron shi ne taro domin son zuciya da bauta wa shaidan da shagala, da rawa da tafi irin wadannan wurare a wurin mutane masu addini suna ganin wurin da inda ake sabon Allah[3].
4. Idan muka lura da wannan gabatarwar zamu kawo mahanga ta wasu malamai {maraja'oi} dangane da hukunci jin kida {muzik}: mafiya yawan malamai na ganin dukkanin nau'in kida da ake da nishadi da shagala a matsayin haramun ne. ba wai ko wane kida ba amma wasu na ganin kidan nishadi shi ma haramun ne[4].
5. Hazrat imam khumain {r}, Sayyid Ali Hamna'i, Ayatullahi Sistani, Ayatollah Fadhil Lankarani, Ayatullahi Mukarim Shirazi, (Allah ya yarda da su) suna cewa: Bai halarta sauraro ko kuma kida duk wani nau'I na kida mai nishadantarwa, abun la'akari da haramcin kida ko rashin haramcinsa ba wai jin dadi ko bakin ciki ba, sai dai domin nishadanta da rashin nishadantarwa[5].
Ghulphaigani: Jin kida da kuma yin kidan {mai nishadantarwa ne ko marar nishadantarwa} haramun ne[6].

Ayatullahi Nuri Hamdani: Ba ya halarta jin dukkan wani nau'I na kida wanda ke nishadantarwa da kuma wasa da wargi wanda ya dace da wurin taron saba wa allah da holewa[8].
Ayatullahi Wahid Khurasani: Ba ya halarta jin duk wani nau'I na kida wanda yai dai dai da majalirsa sabo da hulewa[9].
Ayatullahi Bahjati: Amfani da kayan kida a wurin da ba na shagaltarwa ba ihtiyati wajibi bai halarta ba, amma amfani da su a wurin shagaltarwa kai tsaye haramun ne[10].
Ayatullahi Tabrizi: Kidan da ya dace da majalisi na holiwa yin sa da kuma jin sa haramun ne[11].
Saboda haka dukkanin maraja'oi na addini sun tafi a kan cewa idan kida na haramun ne[12], ko zai tayar da sha'awa ko ba zai tayar ba, na murna ne ko na bakin ciki kurin yada kida gidan rediyo ne ko kuma wani wuri daban …. . ba ya da tasirin wurin haramci da rashin sa[13].
Abisa wannan asasin duk da cewa wasan motsa jiki a matsayin sa na wasa ba laifi ba ne, amma jin kida na haram a wurin wasan motsa jikin ba ya halarta duk da cewa manufa a wurin shi ne neman lafiyar jiki da makamanta sa.
Amma bangari daya na tambayar wadda ta shafi motsa jiki dare da kida sai mu ce: Idan wannan yanayin na motsa jiki hakikanin rawa ne to a nan yana da hukunci rawa haramcin kida daban haramcin rawa daban rawa na da hukuncita wanda ya shafe ta.

Ayatullahi Mukarim: Rawa daya ce kawai take halal ita ce rawar mace ga mijinta amma sauran rawar na da matsala[22].

Idan rawar mace ce ga mijinta ko kuma rawar miji ga matarsa in dai ba tare da aikin haramun ba ne {kamar jin kida} ba laifi[25].
Kuma malamai sun amsa wannan tambayar da ke cewa namiji shi kadai ko mace ita kadai ba tare da ganin kowa ba ko da ma mijinta da niyyar motsa jikin ta yi rawa ko ya yi rawa yana halarta? Ga amsar kamar haka.
Ayatullahi sayyid Khumaini, Ayatullahi Tabrizi, Ayatullahi Khamna'i, Ayatullahi Sistani: Ba laifi sai dai yana da kyau mumini ya nisanci duk wani aikin wasa da wargi mai shagaltarwa[26].
Ayatullahi Bahjati, Ayatullahi Fadhil, Ayatullahi Nuri Hamdani da Ayatullahi Wahid Khurasani: Suna cewa ihtiyat wajib bai halarta ba[27].
Ayatullahi safi da mukarim shirazi: suna ganin cewa haram ne[28].
Daga karshe idan ya tabbata cewa rawa ce[29] ko kuma jin kida ne na haram to bai halarta ba yayin da mutun ke motsa jiki yayi ko ya ji ba amma babu laifi yin hakan in ya zamo ba haramun ba ne. Dan haka ya kamata mutun ya binciki wanda yake takalidi da shi a irin wadannan wuraren.
Saboda haka mun aika wannan tambayar a ofisoshin malamai ya zuwa yanzu ga amsar da muka samu.

Ofishin Ayatullahi Sayyid Ali Khamna'i: Idan kidan ba na shagatawa ba ne da shagaltuwa ba laifi kuma mutun shi ne zai iya gane cewa kidan mai shagaltarwane ko ba mai shagaltarwa ne ba. Rawa idan zata kai ga tayar da sha'awa ko kuma aiikata haramun ko kai mutun ga barna ko kuma mace muharrama a tsakanin maza haramun ne.
Ofishin Ayatullahi Safi Gulpaigani: Hakikanin wasan motsa jiki abu ne mai kyau, amma in ya zamo tare da kida ko kuma nau'i na rawa ne to bai halarta ba. Allah shi ne mafi sani.
