Jagorancin malami wani isdilahi ne na fikihu da yake nuni da fagagen aiki da jagoranci da kuma wadanda suke karkashin wannan jagora, kuma babu wata iyaka a wannan fagen. Sai dai wannan ba yana nufin cewa babu kowace irin iyaka ko wasu ka'idoji a aiwatar da jagoranci gun malami ba ne.
Malami ba zai iya yin hukunci ga kowane mutum a kowane fage bisa yadda ya so ya ga dama ba tare da wata ka'ida ba.
A wurin aiwatar da jagoranci malami yana da wasu iyakoki duk da kuwa yana iya hukunci a kowane fage ga kowane mutum, sai dai wannan hukuncin yana bukatar duba maslaha da karo da juna da tsarin musulunci[1].
Don haka jagoranci maras iyaka yana da wani isdilahi ne na fikihu na musamma da ake amfani da shi a fagen aiwatar da jagoranci ga wadanda ake jagoranta, kuma babu wata iyaka a wannan fagen, Sai dai wannan ba yana nufin cewa babu kowace irin iyaka ko wasu ka'idoji a aiwatar da jagoranci gun malami ba ne.
Kuma babu wani malami da yake nufin wannan ma'anar , kai hatta da akidarmu game da imamai ma'asumai (a.s) babu yarda da hakan ba, ba ma cewa imamai (a.s) suna aiki ne ba tare da wata ka'ida ko wani ma'auni da suke tafiya a kansa ba. Sama da haka ma hatta game da ubangiji ba mu yi imani da cewa yana aiki ba tare da wata ka'ida ko doka ba.
Don haka yaya kuwa zai kasance malami ya zama zai iya yin hukunci ba tare da wani ma'auni ko ka'ida ba, sai kawia ya rika hukucni bisa son ransa da yadda ya gaba?!!
Abin takaici jahilci ko kuma yin watsi da wannan lamarin ya sanya wasu mutane suka dauka cewa jagorancin malami marasi kaidi da iyaka da kuma hukuma maras iyaka da kaidi wanda ake kawowa a bahasin siyasa abu guda ne, kuma duk abin da aka fada game da hukuma maras iyaka yana dabbakuwa kan jagorancin malami maras kaidi da iyaka.
Alhalin hukuma maras iyaka yana nufin hukuma ce da jagoranta ba shi da wani iyaka wurin aiwatar da ayyukan hukuma a kowane fage, kuma ba shi da wani abu da aka dora masa na ma'auni ko ka'ida da zai kiyaye a kan hakan. Amma malami an dora masa kiyaye ma'aunai da ka'idoji na musamman a aiwatar da ayyukan jagorancinsa na hukuma[2].
